From reducing emissions to recycling materials, we are dedicated to minimizing our environmental footprint at every step of the production process.

One of the key initiatives at Josh Packaging is our continuous operating incinerator, which plays a crucial role in reducing volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions by an impressive 95%. By utilizing state-of-the-art technology, we ensure that harmful emissions are kept to an absolute minimum, thus mitigating our impact on the environment.

Additionally, our solvent recovery program is another cornerstone of our sustainability strategy. Through this initiative, we are able to reclaim an impressive 85% of our dirty solvents, significantly reducing waste and minimizing our reliance on virgin materials. The excess 15% is sent to a cement refinery which uses it for fuel blending.  Josh Packaging also recycles our scrap material.  We collect all trim, waste, and set-up material and send it back to our plastic extruding vendors.  The extruders turn the scrap plastic into bin liners and trash bags.  These actions not only help us conserve valuable resources but also reduces our overall environmental footprint.
