Josh Packaging uses slitters and rewinders made by Titan Atlas Converting Equipment to cut parent rolls into individual finished rolls.

Josh Packaging uses American-made Century Tech machines to convert roll stock to wickted bags.

  • The machines are servo controlled, allowing the machines to convert rollstock at high speeds without compromising quality.
  • Various add-ons to bags are made easy such as vent holes, bottom gussets, zippers, special die cuts and more.
  • Machines  are equipped with anti-static bars, eliminating  static that may be experienced in plastic packaging.

The Hudson Sharp inno-lok machine is one of the newer additions to the Josh Packaging machine arsenal. The patented machine applies a reclosable zipper to packaging films thereby producing finished pre zippered rolls

  • Value add to our customers packaging production line because of its convenience and cost reduction.
  • Allows our customers to run both reclosable or regular bags on any packaging line without costly additional capital expenditures and machine changeovers
